The receiver position remains uncertain in the case of the San Francisco 49ers with Week 1 drawing closer. Both star wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings are sidelined through injury, and in each case, there is no firm timeline for a return. Aiyuk continues to rehab the ACL and MCL tears that ended his 2024 campaign. Throughout the offseason, a main question for San Francisco has been his ability to return to full health in time for the start of the season.
