The San Francisco 49ers and starting right tackle Colton McKivitz have reached an agreement on a three-year, $45 million extension, including $27 million guaranteed, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. McKivitz was in the last year of his deal, but will now be tied to the organization through 2028.
The 49ers selected McKivitz with the No. 153 overall pick in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. After a tumultuous first few years with the organization, McKivitz began to find his stride in 2023.
