Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer says Eagles WR A.J. Brown ‘s camp has done research on teams it would be interested in landing with, and that list included the Chargers, Chiefs, Bills and Patriots.

All those teams have established quarterbacks and play-callers on offense, and would satisfy Brown’s desire to both play for a winning squad and be a big part of the offense.
However, Breer says that list has been winnowed down. The Bills made their big move at receiver already, while the Chargers and Chiefs seem to have other priorities with their resources rather than pursuing a trade for Brown.
The Patriots remain a logical connection, especially with Brown’s relationship with HC Mike Vrabel , but New England continues to have a bad case of sticker shock with Philadelphia’s asking price for Brown.
Breer confirms he’s heard the Eagles are seeking a first and a second-round pick for Brown, which other teams have been uncomfortable with so far.
Still, given the recent trade returns for WR D.J. Moore and CB Trent McDuffie , Breer doesn’t think there’s much incentive for the Eagles to lower their asking price right now.
Brown, 28, is a former second-round pick of the Titans back in 2019. He was entering the final year of his four-year, $5,506,368 rookie contract before the Titans traded him to the Eagles for a first and third-round pick.
He then re-signed with the Eagles on a four-year, $100 million contract that included $57 million guaranteed.
However, the Eagles later signed Brown to a three-year, $96 million extension that includes $84 million guaranteed.
In 2025, Brown appeared in 15 games for the Eagles and caught 78 passes on 121 targets for 1,003 yards and seven touchdowns.
We’ll have more regarding Brown as the news is available.
