Oct 31 (Reuters) – Talks between Afghanistan and Pakistani officials concluded in Istanbul after several days of mediation led by Ankara and Doha, with both sides agreeing to continue discussions , Afghanistan government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said on Friday.
