AJ Brown was held out of practice by the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday due to a hamstring injury, per multiple reports. The star wide receiver sat out while fellow WR DeVonta Smith returned to the field after nursing a back injury.

Pro Football Talk reported there is no timetable for return regarding Brown. The Eagles are likely to be extra cautious with one of their best players ahead of the 2025 campaign.

After playing in all 17 games in each of his first two seasons with the Eagles, Brown was limited to 13 games last year, but played in all four postseason games.

Helping Philadelphia win Super Bowl LIX, Brown caught 67 passes for 1,079 yards, seven touchdowns and 16.1 yards per catch. In six seasons with the Tennessee Titans and Eagles, Brown has gone over the 1,000 yard mark five times.

During last season’s playoff run, Brown caught 12 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns, including one in the Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
