Angel Reese Shows True Character With WNBA Offseason Move

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese is one of the most impactful WNBA players today, and that extends beyond the basketball court. After being drafted seventh overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, Reese quickly made a name for herself as one of the brightest young stars in the league. Not only did she become a two-time All-Star in as many seasons, but she also established herself as a double-double machine. In her rookie year, Reese set a new record for the longest double-double streak with 15 games, breaking Candace Parker’s record of 12. She also recorded the most double-doubles in a player’s first two seasons with 49, surpassing Tina Charles’ mark of 45.
