A quarterback change may be looming for Auburn amid a four-game slide to begin conference play. Despite being winless in the SEC, three of the Tigers’ four losses have been decided by a touchdown or less. The Auburn offense has struggled to find consistency over the past month, failing to score 20 or more points since its victory over South Alabama on Sept. 13. This comes as a head-scratcher, as the Tigers have several playmakers such as Eric Singleton Jr., the No. 1-ranked player in the transfer portal last season, and highly touted receivers Cam Coleman, Perry Thompson and Malcolm Simmons. The Tigers have struggled to get the ball to their playmakers, ranking near the bottom of the conference in total passing yards and passing yards per game.
