Brian Thomas Jr. trade rumors: Major update emerges on Jaguars plan

The Jacksonville Jaguars are reportedly listening to trade calls for WR Brian Thomas Jr. , according to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini. They’re doing so even if a move feels unlikely, while also shopping for defense.

Thomas is in his second season with Jacksonville out ofLSU. This year, he has 27 catches for 365 yards, one touchdown and 13.5 yards per catch.

As a rookie, Thomas put up big numbers in 2024. He had 87 catches for 1,282 yards, 10 touchdowns and 14.7 yards per catch.

During the 2023 season, his final year with LSU, Thomas broke out with 68 catches, 1,117 yards, 17 touchdowns and 17.3 yards per catch. He had 24 touchdowns in college over the course of three years.
