She played in 39 games, averaging 9.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks. The Dream finished with a 30-14 record, claiming the third seed in the playoffs. Unfortunately, they lost to the Indiana Fever in the first round of the postseason. Now, this WNBA offseason, Griner is joining a new team once again as she returns for the second season of Unrivaled, the 3-on-3 women’s basketball league founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. In the inaugural season of Unrivaled, Griner was part of Phantom BC. She played in 14 games for the squad, averaging 16.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 blocks. Unfortunately, the team finished with a 4-10 record and missed the playoffs. For the 2026 iteration of the league, Griner will now play for Vinyl BC, along with Courtney Williams, Rhyne Howard, Dearica Hamby, Erica Wheeler and Rae Burrell. HowardRead More
