Browns owner addresses QB situation amid Shedeur Sanders questions

The Cleveland Browns have already made one quarterback change this season, and many fans are hoping for another before the end of the 2025 season. Team owner Jimmy Haslam does not think that is necessary at this time. Haslam recently spoke with Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL media about Cleveland’s current quarterback situation. When asked if there is a timeline for when Shedeur Sanders might see his first regular-season action, Haslam said that is a decision for Kevin Stefanski and the Browns head coach’s staff to make. Haslam did, however, make it clear that he believes Dillon Gabriel deserves more time. “Dillon has played three games, and that’s not a great sample (size). And one of them was in a monsoon,” Haslam said. “You could say he played two games.
