Bryce Young missed the last game for Carolina due to an ankle injury suffered in Week 7. It’ll be only a one-game absence for him, though, based on his designation this morning.
The Panthers updated their injury report on Friday, going into Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 9. Young, after fully participating in all three practices this week, was no longer on it, making him available for the matchup at Lambeau Field.
Young had been trending well the past few days, coming off that injury over the past week, namely with him being a full participant in the practices since Wednesday. It’s just now official that he’ll be back as their starting quarterback against the Packers on Sunday.
