The Carolina Panthers are releasing veteran wide receiver Hunter Renfrow ahead of Tuesday’s 53-man roster deadline, per ESPN ‘s Adam Schefter . He signed with Carolina after a one-year absence from the National Football League this offseason.
Renfrow hauled in four catches for 12 yards in two preseason games with Carolina. He was selected with the No. 149 overall pick in the Fifth Round of the 2019 NFL Draft and has played 73 career games (all with Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders).
Panthers list of cuts includes WR Hunter Renfrow.
