Down 18 in the second half, the Dallas Cowboys will spend most of the second half attempting to push the ball downfield. A nice drive was coming together after the Lions got a touchdown of their own due to a Dak Prescott interception, hoping to respond. But it did come at a cost, with wide receiver CeeDee Lamb leaving the game.

Prescott threw up a jump ball for Lamb in one-on-one coverage, eventually falling incomplete. Lamb himself took a pretty big fall and did not have the chance to brace himself. He stayed down on the Ford Field turf for quite some time, seemingly due to hitting his head.

At first, Lamb just looked frustrated with himself for not making the play. Unfortunately, there is something more to this, as he needed some assistance getting to the sideline. You can check out the full play here.

A few plays later, the Cowboys did punch the ball into the end zone for a touchdown via a Javontae Williams rush. Brandon Aubreyโ€™s extra point puts the score at 27-16 in favor of the Lions, setting up for an entertaining end.

The Amazon Prime cameras did catch Lamb walking back to the locker room just before going to a commercial break, though. A Cowboys staffer was walking back with the star wide receiver.
