CeeDee Lamb reveals feeling of facing Micah Parsons in Week 4 after Cowboys departure: 'The worst'

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb admitted “it’s gonna be weird” facing off against the Green Bay Packers and linebacker Micah Parsons in Week 4 of the 2025 regular season. Lamb, teammates with Parsons from 2021-25, knows what the All-Pro pass rusher is capable of; he’s hopeful he doesn’t wreck shop on the Cowboys’ offensive line.

“The worst. It’s gonna be weird. It’s gonna be conflicting,” Lamb said Monday, via Jon Machota of The Athletic. “I hope he is not in the backfield in two seconds.”

Parsons, 26, requested out of Dallas after making zero progress on a new deal as he entered the 2025 season set to play on his fifth-year option. The Packers believe Parsons can transform their defense, rewarding him with a four-year, $188 million deal with $136 million guaranteed. Parsons is now the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

Lamb and Parsons are now NFC rivals. That being said, Lamb is rooting for Parsons in Green Bay.

“Obviously wishing him the best,” Lamb said. “I hope he has the best season ever. He’s Micah Parsons, he’s unblockable. He’s unstoppable.”
