Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin is back in the lineup after being out for nearly two months. The team announced that Godwin is active for the Sunday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Rams.
On Saturday night, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Chris Godwin was expected to play after being listed as questionable due to his fibula injury. Godwin has not played since Oct. 5, when the Buccaneers defeated the Seattle Seahawks.
The Bucs will be happy to see Godwin back since he has only played in two games this year. On Friday, head coach Todd Bowles said the veteran wide receiver is “definitely trending towards playing” against the Rams.
