Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud will miss his second consecutive game this Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, ESPN โs Adam Schefter reported Thursday afternoon. Backup quarterback Davis Mills will make his second consecutive start for Houston.
Stroud exited Houstonโs game against the Denver Broncos on Nov. 2 in the second quarter after suffering a big hit by Denver CBย Kris Abrams-Draine . He did not return to the game and will now miss his second consecutive game as he deals with a nasty concussion.
In eight games this season, Stroud boasts 1,702 passing yards, 11 touchdowns and five interceptions. The Texans are 3-5 in games heโs started this year.
CJ Stroud has been ruled out for Sundayโs game against the Titans; QB Davis Mills starts again.
