A massive scrum broke out late in Saturday’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders, and Dan Quinn seemed to issue a warning to his division rival afterward. The Eagles clinched the NFC East division title with a 29-18 win over the Commanders at Northwest Stadium. The game was essentially put out of reach when Tank Bigsby ran for a 22-yard score to give the Eagles a 27-10 lead with 4:26 remaining. Wanting to make a miraculous comeback as difficult as possible, Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni decided to attempt a two-point conversion.
