A massive scrum broke out late in Saturday’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders, and Dan Quinn seemed to issue a warning to his division rival afterward. The Eagles clinched the NFC East division title with a 29-18 win over the Commanders at Northwest Stadium.
