Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels won’t play again this season, but he is staying active by giving back to the community. Last week, Daniels appeared in the East Room at Union Station to gift 100 Raising Cane’s branded bikes and helmets to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington.
On3 submitted questions to Daniels while he was at the event, and he was asked about his plans for the holidays. “Washington Commanders got a football game on Christmas,” Daniels replied to On3’s question while speaking to reporters at the press conference.
On Christmas Day, the Commanders will host the Dallas Cowboys at 1 p.m. ET. Daniels will not play in the game, as the team announced the star QB will sit for the final three gamesof the year due to him reaggravating his dislocated left elbow last week against the Minnesota Vikings.
It’s been a challenging 2025 season for Daniels, who won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award in 2024. But his partnership with Raising Cane’s has led to hundreds of children having a happy holiday season with the donation of the bikes.
