On Thursday, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Christian Matthew was carted off the field after suffering an injury, per Dallas Morning News ‘ Joseph Hoyt. Matthew is entering his first season with the organization.
Since being drafted in 2022, Christian Matthew has played for the Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Baltimore Ravens and Cowboys. Matthew reportedly returned to the field shortly after being carted off it and began practicing again.
Cowboys fans can only hope the initial scare was a false alarm. After all, the team can’t afford to suffer any more injuries.
