Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer got a chance to see Micah Parsons make his debut with the Green Bay Packers. While speaking to reporters, Schottenheimer shared his thoughts on the Packers’ season opener against the Detroit Lions.
“I did see a little bit of the game,” Brian Schottenheimer said on Monday, per Jon Machota of The Athletic. “I was flipping back and forth. Green Bay looked good.”
Schottenheimer was then asked his thoughts on Parsons. “I saw him running around out there,” he said. “Looked like he was having fun. That’s good.”
Schottenheimer got a chance to watch the game because the Cowboys faced the Philadelphia Eagles to kick off the 2025 NFL season this past Thursday. In the first game without Parsons on the roster, the Cowboys lost to the Eagles 24-20, and the defense recorded one sack.
