Cowboys HC Brian Schottenheimer takes strong stance on CeeDee Lamb drops vs. Eagles

Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer is not worried about CeeDee Lamb, who had several drops in Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. On Monday, Schottenheimer spoke to reporters about how much Lamb has meant to the Cowboys this season.

“CeeDee’s an incredible player. He’s not a good player. He’s an incredible player,” Brian Schottenheimer said, per Jon Machota of The Athletic. “I think the biggest thing for CeeDee is to know we love him, we trust him. The ball is going to keep coming his way.

“The big go-ball that he caught down the field was incredible. “There are some weeks that you have great games, and other weeks where you’re like, ‘Hey man, yeah, I didn’t play as good as I can play.’ But when we start drawing up plays for Kansas City, I’ll give them a little heads up, there will be a lot of them going to 88.”
