Eli Manning made his stance clear on the New York Giants potentially hiring Lane Kiffin as their next head coach. While speaking to the New York Post, Manning was asked about his reaction to Kiffin being suggested for the Giants’ head coaching job.
“I’m staying out of that business,” Eli Manning said. The Giants are looking for a new head coach after firing Brian Daboll this week.

It wouldn’t be a big surprise if the Giants speak to Lane Kiffin about the head coaching position since he would be reunited with quarterback Jaxson Dart . Kiffin is the head coach atOle Miss, and Dart played for him from 2022 to 2024.
It’s not likely that Kiffin will make the move to the NFL, since multiple college teams seem to be after him. One of the schools reportedly interested in the 50-year-old coach is Florida, the team Ole Miss is playing this week. Kiffin has NFL coaching experience, as he was head coach for the Oakland Raiders for all of the 2007 season and four games in 2008. In 20 games, Kiffin posted a 5-15 record.
