Free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham announced on The Pivot Podcast that he has accepted a six-game suspension for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drugs policy.
Beckham said that the failed test was from last season. Beckham spent nine games on the Miami Dolphins in 2024, catching nine passes for 55 yards with zero touchdowns.

Beckham shut down speculation in August that he could be retiring, posting on social media that he was “not done yet.” NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported at the time that Beckham had received interest from multiple teams. Those teams will now have to wait until Week 12 for Beckham to potentially play in a game this season.
Beckham, 32, had an electric start to his career, making three consecutive Pro Bowls with the New York Giants from 2014 to 2016.
He was traded to the Cleveland Browns during the 2019 offseason and sent to the Los Angeles Rams two and a half years later.
Beckham enjoyed a renaissance in L.A., helping lead the Rams to a Super Bowl title. However, he tore his ACL during the title game and has struggled to return to form since.
