The Georgia Bulldogs and head coach Kirby Smart are all-in on building an elite recruiting class for 2026. The recruiting trail never sleeps, though, which means that, in all reality, the Bulldogs have to get moving on 2027 as well. They’ve already made plenty of offers for 2027 and beyond, and one of those offers resulted in a big-time commitment on Monday. It’s being reported that Donte Wright, a four-star cornerback from Long Beach, California, has committed to the Bulldogs. He’s the second commitment for Smart’s 2027 class. There’s still a ton of time for Wright’s commitment to change, and it’s worth noting that in today’s recruiting environment, that’s a big-time possibility.
