The Green Bay Packers are preparing for their latest upcoming season. However, ahead of kickoff, the franchise is taking it back to their very beginning with a new, yet old-school, uniform for this season.

On Thursday, the Packers revealed a new throwback uniform for this fall. They’re inspired by their unis from back in 1923, which goes back to nearly the beginning of Green Bay’s history as a franchise.

“Returning to our roots,” the Packers captioned their reveal.

Green Bay is going into their 105th season as a team having been around since 1921, spending one season originally as part of the American Professional Football Association (APFA) in 1921 before the league was renamed as the National Football League from 1922 on. Over that century, the Packers are 810-604-38 with 13 championships won, including four in their five appearances in the Super Bowl in I, II, XXXI, and most recently with XLV in 2010.
