Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders acknowledged that it “takes time” to build chemistry with teammates after he and veteran wide receiver Jerry Jeudy were spotted having what seemed to be a heated exchange on the sideline during the club’s 26-8 loss to the San Francisco 49ers this past Sunday. While speaking with reporters on Monday, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski indicated he didn’t lose sleep over the Sanders-Jeudy incident. “Football is an emotional sport, and certainly when you’re a family like we are, you can have your disagreements,” Stefanski explained, per Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. “Sometimes they’re for everybody to see. Sometimes it’s behind closed doors. But like a family, we move on, we talk about it, so not worried about it.” In the first quarter of the Week 13 game, Sanders missed Jeudy on a deep pass that could have resulted in an early go-ahead touchdown.
