Jalen Ramsey ejected from Steelers vs. Bengals game for throwing punch at Ja'Marr Chase

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Jalen Ramsey was ejected in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s Week 11 home game against the Cincinnati Bengals for throwing a punch at wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase . The punch came in between plays during a moment of jawing between the two players.

This has been building for some time. Not too long before Ramsey’s ejection, he was involved in a pushing and shoving contest with Chase, in which both had to be separated from one another.

Ramsey is out, which means the Steelers are down one half of their safety tandem. Ramsey made the switch to safety two weeks ago as injuries piled up in Pittsburgh’s secondary. He had four tackles and a PBU prior to his ejection.
