Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones shared his thoughts on how Green Bay Packers pass rusher Micah Parsons will play on Sunday when the two teams face each other. While appearing on 105.3 The Fan, Jones discussed feeling an extra competitive drive to win on Sunday, given that Parsons is returning to Dallas for the first time since the Cowboys traded him to the Packers.

โ€œI think the world of Micah. I might say I wish him well, but itโ€™s obvious I donโ€™t this weekend in terms of Green Bay winning the ballgame,โ€ Jerry Jones said, per Jon Machota of The Athletic. โ€œโ€ฆ Heโ€™s going to make some plays no matter how you play him, but when I saw (other teams) play us well with Micah in the game, and it did happen, then obviously weโ€™ll be looking to try to run those kinds of plays (against him).โ€

The Cowboys traded Parsons to the Packers on Aug. 28 because they could not agree to a contract extension. Through three games this year, Parsons has recorded five tackles, 1.5 sacks, and six quarterback his, while helping the team have a 2-1 record. The Cowboys are 1-2 on the year and have recorded three sacks, with one of them coming from defensive lineman Kenny Clark . When the Cowboys traded Parsons, they acquired Clark from the Packers.

Cowboys wonโ€™t have a video tribute for Micah Parsons

Micah Parsons made a big impact with the Cowboys during his four seasons with the team. But that doesnโ€™t mean the Cowboys will have a video tribute for him when the team faces the Packers on Sunday.
