by: Nick Geddes 6 hours ago NickGeddesNews

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs suffered a knee injury in the first half of Sunday’s Week 11 road game against the New York Giants. He is out for the remainder of the game.

Jacobs joined Jordan Love in the locker room, though the Packers quarterback has since returned. Jacobs had seven carries for 40 yards before exiting the game.

His absence puts the Packers in a tough spot, as their offense has run through him all season long. Jacobs came into Sunday’s game with 608 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on 3.8 yards per carry. He has been battling through an illness and a calf injury to play this season.
