New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields will miss Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins due to knee soreness. Veteran Tyrod Taylor will get the start, while rookie quarterback Brady Cook will back him up.
Fields, who has played in nine games this season, has passed for 1,259 yards and seven touchdowns. He’s only thrown one interception, while rushing for 383 yards and four more scores.

Taylor will be making his fourth start for the Jets in place of Fields. The 15-year veteran has seen game action in five games this season, passing for 773 yards and five touchdowns with four interceptions. The franchise is just 1-4 in games he’s played in this year.
