Justin Fields exited the New York Jets’ game against the Buffalo Bills with an injury and Tyrod Taylor came in. The situation occurred in the fourth quarter Sunday.

Fields later left the medical tent and was escorted to the locker room, per team reporter Caroline Hendershot. The Bills led 30-3 at that time of the game.

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported Fields was headed to the locker room “with the unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant.” It appears to be concussion related.

Upon his exit, Fields was three-of-11 passing for 27 yards. He also had five carries for 49 yards, but no scores. Fields led the Jets in rushing at that point of the day.
