Pittsburgh Steelers guard Spencer Anderson hit a huge life milestone off the field over this weekend. The team revealed on social media that Anderson proposed to his girlfriend, Savanna .
Cameras captured the moment that Anderson got down on one knee, ring in hand. Of course, he got a yes and was seen slipping the ring on his fiancee’s finger for the first time.
Congratulations to @spents_ and Savanna on their engagement!

The couple have been together since Anderson’s college days at Maryland . Now they’re committed to continue to build their bond with each other as they are finally ready to tie the knot soon.
Anderson is just the latest of several Steelers players who have gotten engaged over the offseason. Defensive ends Daniel Ekuale and Isaiahh Loudermilik , quarterback Aaron Rodgers , tight end Pat Freiermuth , linebacker Payton Wilson , edge rusher Julius Welschof , and offensive lineman Mason McCormick have all either popped the question or tied the knot.
Anderson is preparing to enter his third season with the Steelers after being selected in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft. He started the first two games of the 2024 while other players were out due to injury.
Overall, Spencer Anderson appeared in 17 games with four starts this past season. He returns looking to be a vital part of the team as a backup guard and will hope to continue building upon his success from the past two seasons.
