Mavericks 10-time All-Star expected to be ready for training camp after undergoing offseason procedure

Anthony Davis has undergone a procedure this offseason, but the good news for the Dallas Mavericks star is that he should be ready to go by the time training camp rolls around. That’s good news for the Mavs too, because Davis is the centerpiece of the post-Luka Doncic era in Dallas. No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg is going to get all the press his rookie season, but having a healthy Davis on the floor with him will make life that much easier for the 6-foot-9, 205-pound forward who could be a generational talent.
