Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs aren’t being shy about whether they’ll be playing in Dallas over the long haul. The duo made some cryptic posts that set the internet ablaze with questions regarding whether they’ll be members of the Cowboys beyond 2025.
Responding to a picture of himself with Diggs, Parsons utilized a gif from the Bad Boys movie franchise. It featured Will Smith and Martin Lawrence fist-bumping while the words “One Last Time” flashed across the screen.

Then, Diggs responded in kind: “7|11 4L,” he posted. That’s alluding to the duo’s jersey numbers, with the cornerback letting his teammate know that whatever happens in the future, he’s got Parsons’ back, even if they continue their careers somewhere other than Dallas.

With Parsons embroiled in a very public negotiation with the Cowboys front office, there’s no telling how much of this is a ploy, or if there’s any truth to the duo looking to move on from Dallas. With a little over a month until the season begins, we’re certainly reaching an inflection point.
There’s been a general optimism that a deal will get done, but now it seems the two sides might be heading in the wrong direction. ESPN’s Adam Schefter actually stoked some concern for fans that a deal isn’t imminent between the two sides earlier this week.
