NASCAR fans love to joke that rain looks up where NASCAR is racing on any given weekend, and while rain has flocked to a NASCAR racetrack this weekend, it’s not a race that Mother Nature is affecting. Instead, it’s Saturday’s MLB Speedway Classic at Bristol (Tennessee) Motor Speedway that is in a rain delay to begin the evening.
