JERUSALEM, July 24 (Reuters) – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said on Thursday it was recalling its Gaza negotiating team to Israel for consultations, a day after the Palestinian group Hamas handed its response on a ceasefire proposal to mediators.
