Callaway had 83 catches for 1,069 yards and 7 touchdowns with New Orleans from 2020-22.
Marquez Callaway’s journey with the Saints began as an undrafted free agent after the 2020 NFL Draft, and over the past three years, he has become a notable presence on the team’s roster. With 42 appearances and 17 starts to his name, Callaway has demonstrated his value as a reliable wideout. His impressive stats include 83 receptions for 1,069 yards and seven touchdowns, with the majority of his breakout performance occurring in the 2021 season when he hauled in 46 passes for 698 yards and six touchdowns.
While Callaway briefly ventured elsewhere in the 2022 offseason, signing with the Denver Broncos and later the Las Vegas Raiders, his return to the Saints signals a renewed opportunity to make an impact on the team’s wide receiver corps. With a dynamic lineup that includes the likes of Chris Olave, Michael Thomas (currently injured), Rashid Shaheed, and others, Callaway’s familiarity with the Saints’ system and his proven ability to deliver in clutch moments make him a valuable asset as the team pursues its goals in the upcoming season.
