NFL flexes major Week 14 games, including Packers vs. Bears at Lambeau

The NFL announced on Thursday that the Dec. 7 NFC North matchup between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers has been flexed into the 4:25 p.m. ET spot, meaning most of the country will see that game at Lambeau Field. Meanwhile, the AFC clash between the Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills has been moved up to 1:00 p.m. ET.

Due to Cincinnati’s disappointing season and the tight race atop the NFC North between the Bears and Packers, the latter game just sounds a bit more intriguing. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow , however, should be back for that game in time to go up against Buffalo’s Josh Allen .

Flex: Bears-Packers has been moved into the 4:25 p.m. ET time slot in Week 14.

Bengals-Bills also shifted to 1 p.m.

Through 11 weeks, Chicago sits atop the division with a 7-3 record. Green Bay is right behind them with a 6-3-1 record, making this a must-win game for the Packers in Lambeau. On the flip side, this would be a monstrous win for Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson in proving themselves worthy of being a playoff-caliber team.

Last season, the Bears stunned the Packers 24-22 in Lambeau. It marked their first road victory over Green Bay since 2015. They are looking to win back-to-back road games over their bitter rivals this season for the first time since 2006-07.
