The Dolphins selected Gordon in the sixth round of this year’s draft. He entered the NFL after playing college football at Oklahoma State. In 2023, Gordon won the Doak Walker award after rushing for 1,732 yards and 21 touchdowns in 14 games.

One reason Gordon was selected in the sixth round was that his production took a big dip in 2024. In 12 games, the 21-year-old rushed for 880 yards and 13 touchdowns on 190 carries.
