With that in mind, it’s no surprise that one of the top quarterback recruits in the 2026 class has committed to Oregon. Bryson Beaver, a four-star quarterback from Murrieta, California (Vista Murrieta High School), has committed to Oregon. The stories would have written themselves had he committed to the Oregon State Beavers, but the opportunity to play for the Ducks was too much to pass up on for him. More than anything, it comes down to the hopes of an NFL future. “Honestly, my dream is to play in the NFL someday, and they know how to do that for sure,” Beaver recently told On3, explaining his interest in Oregon. “Because they have I think four active quarterbacks right now in the NFL, and I think they had two Heisman candidates the last two years.
