Many teams around the NFL have already begun trimming their rosters to 53 players. The deadline to do so is 4 p.m. ET Tuesday, so there are currently multiple players hitting free agency in hopes of being picked up by another team. The Green Bay Packers, though, are waiting right up until the deadline, it seems, as they have announced just one roster cut so far. That was wide receiver Kawaan Baker, who was released following Green Bay’s trade for three-time Super Bowl champion offensive lineman Darian Kinnard. By Tuesday, there will be dozens of players released from the Packers 90-man roster as they trim it to 53.
