Patrick Mahomes left some fans rewinding their televisions when he was caught on a hot mic against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. With the Chiefs at fourth-and-1, Mahomes attempted a hard count to draw the Raiders offside.
When the Raiders didn’t budge, Mahomes let several expletives fly. Normally, a team would call a timeout after the failed hard count attempt. However, Mahomes’ frustration ended up being a ruse.
Instead, the two-time NFL MVP hurried back under center, snapped the ball and quickly handed it off for a first down. Check out the wild play below.
