AFC Offensive Player of the Week
Stevenson and the Patriots left the regular season and entered the postseason with a stellar showing, throttling the Miami Dolphins, 38-10, on Sunday. Stevenson hit pay dirt, racking up 153 scrimmage yards in the process. He had 131 rushing yards and 22 receiving yards with a pair of rushing touchdowns and one receiving score. Playing in his fifth NFL season, Stevenson earned his first career Player of the Week honor.
NFC Offensive Player of the Week
Stafford left a phenomenal lasting image in his MVP campaign. Propelling the Rams to a resounding 37-20 victory against the visiting Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Stafford threw four touchdowns, completing 25 passes in 40 attempts for 259 yards, no interceptions and a sterling 114.5 rating. With his Week 18 showing, Stafford finished the season leading the NFL with 4,707 passing yards and 46 passing touchdowns — 12 more than second-place Jared Goff and 15 more than AFC leader Drake Maye. This is just Stafford’s fourth career NFC Offensive Player of the Week accolade, and his first since Week 3 of the 2021 season.
