Despite the Hawks’ efforts, led by Bogdan Bogdanovic and Dejounte Murray, the absence of key players due to injuries hindered their ability to maintain their winning streak. The Pelicans’ remarkable shooting accuracy and defensive prowess, particularly noted in Herb Jones’ performance against Murray, underscored their dominance on the court. This victory not only extends the Pelicans’ winning streak but also disrupts the Hawks’ momentum, highlighting the competitive spirit and resilience of the victorious team.
