Pelican Point #1: The New Orleans Pelicans are adding guard Sindarius Thornwell according to various reports. Thornwell 25 is a 6-4 215lb three year guard who was drafted in the 2nd round pick 48 by the Los Angeles Clippers. Sindarius collegiately played for University of South Carolina and will be join the team for the upcoming remaining season. The former Clipper played in 137 career games averages 2.5 points per game shoots 41.5% from the field and 34.2% from downtown. He will mainly be used as a substitute player.

Pelican Point #2: Pelicans Star Forward Zion Williamson is turning 20 years old TODAY! Williamson was recently named NBA2K Cover Athlete and pictures circulated of a hulkish Zion showing he’s in shape. Its been an excellent month for our young superstar, Happy Birthday Zion!

Pelican Point #3: Pel’s Allstar forward Brandon Ingram has expressed his reservations about playing basketball in Orlando,FLA. Ingram doesn’t believe the bubble plan will work and is taking a wait to see approach. He’s averaged 24.2 per game with 6.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists and has shot a 46.6FG%. Ingram is restricted and barring something serious he is due a huge contract in the near future.
