President Donald Trump had an interesting reaction to everything that is going on with Mark Sanchez . During his appearance on Greg Kelly Reports, Trump was asked about Sanchez since they knew each other from when Sanchez was playing in New York.

“He’s a nice guy. I don’t know what happened,” Donald Trump said. “Something bad happened. Something a little crazy happened. I can only report that he was a nice guy. I know him a little bit.”

Mark Sanchez was stabbed in Indianapolis on Saturday. While the former NFL quarterback was hospitalized, police arrested him for battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication. It was reported that a 69-year-old man stabbed Sanchez during an altercation.

Sanchez and the 69-year-old man, indentified as a truck driver, began fighting over a parking situation before the argument turned violent. The man stabbed Sanchez in the upper torso in downtown Indianapolis near Loughmiller’s Pub & Eatery as he was reportedly defending himself since he believed he was in danger.

It was revealed on Monday that Sanchez faces an upgraded Level 5 felony battery charge for the incident. If found guilty, Sanchez could face between one and six years in prison.
