WR Puka Nacua exited in the first half of the Rams’ opener with a hit that left him bloody afterward. He’s now being evaluated for a concussion with him questionable to return to Los Angeles’ opener against the Houston Texans.
Nacua was seen bleeding from inside his helmet after taking a hit from C.J. Gardner-Johnson. Now, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Nacua is in concussion protocol back in the locker room.

However, according to Schefter and per the latest from KPRC 2 in Houston, Nacua has come back onto the field for LA. Aaron Wilson reported he has been cleared and is back into the game for the Rams.
“Puka Nacua has returned to the game,” Schefter posted online.
“#Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua back in the game after being checked out for a potential concussion,” Wilson tweeted out as well. “He was cleared and back out there @KPRC2.”
