
For the second time on Sunday Night Football, Dallas star defensive tackle Quinnen Williams has gone down with an injury. This time around he’s headed to the locker room.
Williams was injured while flowing toward a run a Minnesota run play. As the running back cut back, Williams went down in a heap with his legs tangled up under him.
He was tended to on the field by trainers. After a minute or two, Quinnen Williams was able to get to his feet. He was assisted to the locker room by team personnel.
The injury late in the fourth quarter was the second of the game for Williams. He also went down hurt in the first half. He was banged up after making a stop on third down.
The Vikings were facing third-and-inches and ran the ball up the gut. Williams made the stop and his momentum carried him and the ball-carrier past the first down marker.
