Rams offer ominous update on QB Matthew Stafford

The Matthew Stafford situation is getting concerning for the Los Angeles Rams, and it is only getting worse following a cryptic report from the front office on Saturday.  According to a report from Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times, a Rams official refused to comment on whether Stafford worked out as scheduled this weekend and said head coach Sean McVay would address the situation on Monday. Nothing about that is promising for the Rams, and actually, it is quite ominous. If Stafford did work out, it would be no big deal for the official to say that he did and he is progressing toward getting back on the field. But the fact that they said that McVay would address the situation in a few days certainly paints things in a very different light.
