The Cowboys plan to honor Marshawn Kneeland by wearing special helmet decals a t-shirts for the next couple of games, according to Dallas team officials, via Calvin Watkins on X. Kneeland died last week at the age of 24.
In addition to that, there will be a video tribute and moment silence for Kneeland during the Cowboys’ next home game, which will be on Nov. 23 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Per Watkins’ report, Kneeland’s family and girlfriend are expected to attend.
The entire NFL honored Kneeland during Week 10 on Thursday and Sunday, holding a league-wide moment of silence if honor of the Cowboys defender. That is expected to continue for Monday Night Football between the Eagles and Packers.
